10 rue Poncelet, Paris XVII
2018
Liberté Poncelet is a small pastry + bread shop, in the 17th district in Paris. We wanted to work on a white color palette as it was already Liberté's identity. Different shapes of tiles with different shades of white glazing (mat, glossy, crackle...) pale blue as the existing blue and white tiles on floor (that were there before).
No traditional counters or lines as usually in french bakery, but a walk around experience, with a closest attention to service and sharing.
