For the new HENRI restaurant, with chef Jackson Boxer, we have worked on an interior mixing codes from the traditional british pub, mixed with inspirations for the typical french brasserie :

So we have some long banquettes paired with booth seating.
Dark wooden wall panelling with some dark greens, lights blues and bordeaux color.
Leather mixed with velvet.

We have also used some Art Nouveau elements typical from the brasseries : details on the arms of the banquettes, frosted glass globes, Thonet chairs and bespoke organic suspensions.
Those botanical shapes also pay tribute to the historical fruits and vegetables market of Covent Garden.
