61 rue du Temple
april 2023
After designing the interiors of Crème shops in Notting Hill (London), Riyadh and Bahrain, David and Gabriel called us to design their boutique in Paris, rue du Temple.
Once again we have tried to celebrate the ‘Crème’ pink through materials. Here thanks to : copper of the window frames, shelves and counter, combined with Carrara marble, concrete. But also raw stone from the old Marais, where stone mixes with old wooden beams. We also designed this giant glass wall that separates the sales area from the lab where the cookies are made on the spot. A handmade piece that brings together 5 different printed glasses recreating the Cream logo in transparency. Finally, a wide horizontal line of oak, common to all Crèmes, becomes a support for the menu, plants and storage boxes. The packaging also has a privileged position, this box of 12 cookies having become Crème's signature.
